Laszlo Patay mural master painter asked me to assist him when I was 19 years old. He discovered my own studies of baroque and renaissance masters  I painted for myself to develop my techniques  These were studies of  Caravaggio, Rubens, Michelangelo, Jan Van Dyck, Bernardo Strozzi, Pieter Bruegel, Mabuse, Gustave Dore, Raffaello, Gyula Benczur and Salvador Dali from the modern ages.

     Being his youngest apprentice we have done about 650 m2 (approx 7000 sq2) brand new mural paintings. We worked in small groups of three or four. In this team we had Attila the master oldest assistant, his his son-in-law and Gabor Domjan, a final year student at the University of Fine Art of Hungary. Time to time we had a "guest" assistant for their own study or for extra help, like Andras Madarassy amazing artist and good friend.
